To ensure our clients and our potential clients have the information they need to make informed choices about the services offered by Acharyas, we set out below a guide to our prices.
At Acharyas we have highly experienced immigration solicitors and advisers who are ready to guide you through the UK immigration legislation and procedures concerning any immigration, asylum, humanitarian protection application or appeal.
We have many years of experience in the immigration field and based on this experience have determined a fixed fee scale reflecting the needs of clients.
Regardless of who works on your matter, they will be supervised by Mr Jitendra Acharya, who is the Sole Proprietor of this Firm and a Qualified Solicitor.
We detail below the range of costs for various applications, but we do not include the asylum work as that varies greatly between one country and another and the complexity of each case.
The mandatory requirements to advertise our price information excludes asylum cases, Human Rights, Private Life applications, applicants for bail and Judicial Review claims, and Statelessness applications. Please contact us for information regarding these types of cases
We offer fixed fees for the majority of the work that we provide and these are indicated as in this guide. A fixed fee is an agreed fee, which will not be varied up or down, and is not dependant on the application being successful. As set out below, any disbursements or expenses (costs that we incur on your behalf or for the purposes of carrying out our work) are payable in addition to our fees. In the event of your instructions being withdrawn prior to the submission of the application, the fixed fee, together with any disbursements and expenses, will remain payable in full.
Please see below a list of fees for the most popular types of service. For any other service not listed below, please contact us for a free no obligation discussion and fee quote.
